Nominees have been assigned Helper rank which is the teleport unlocks rank. So long as they are not abusing this rank and being generally helpful, they will progress to being assigned the low level moderator rank - which will include at the very least the tjail command.
Other commands such as promote/demote or kick/ban may also be considered but at this time are being restricted for security reasons.
Depending how voting goes more players may be elected to Inquisitor rank.
