I don't really know what the deal with him is, but he logged in on Cybertron and was telling me that Skull took away his rank and his money. I was then told that Kaya had given him 50 to tp to him and /sethome so he could get out or something? I don't know. Anyway, he's out now and is at one of, what I believe, is Grims builds. He immediately started building on it, though he removed it when i told him to stop. I had my suspicions he'd do something again, so I left for a few minuted then tp'ed back to him. Not to my surprise, 21 blocks of sandstone were removed. It's not much time, and I've never really done this before, but I'm only jailing him for two hours in Biome [One hour per 10 blocks? it was only a small grief, but I did give him a warning]. Hopefully enough for him to learn his lesson, and the sandstone will be replaced. This will come into effect the next time he is online.

Shortly after first making this I found this area. He took the wool and some other stuff from a chest and had placed it around here. It's a little old, and may have been noted already, but I'll wait for higher ranked staff to oversee this and change/add any punishments.

Clarification:
Long history of grief, demoted one rank and jailed on cybertron. Apparently he just /ft'd out.

Jail time adjusted to 2 days. I think his jail sentence expired on cybertron and therefore was able to /ft out, or something along those lines, but he seems to be only wanting to cause mischief.
When he comes on next, I'll have a chat with him and if he continues, I'm going to drop him in hisec for 3 months.
