Hello again.
Major changes under the hood due to abuses.
Movecraft: a few more allowed blocks added to vehicle whitelist.
Magic: Teach spell is gone now. Totally. How this will effect gameplay time will tell. Default rank players now cannot use magic - at all. Not even scrolls. They need to at least complete the citizen quest first. This is to reflect the plot element that "something akin to magic evolved in those that lived there" default rank players obviously are newcomers, so would not have developed these powers yet!
In nether - All spells have been wiped, and are probably not working anyway in the short term. They were only being used to grief there anyway.
Spells on main world have been overhauled. This is to prevent players gaining access to rank inappropriate spells/skills. However a lot of spells can be still used as SCROLLS. Business opportunity to enterprising spell casters there.
If someone has a prohibited spell in the main world, it should not be possible to actually cast the spell now. This is preferable to simply wiping every ones spellbook.
To make up for the changes to spells, a number of new spells are unlocked and granted to each of the magic capable ranks. (Knight/Soldier/Citizen/paladin/assassin/wizard/elementalist/necromancer etc) A small number of them will need to be hidden in book cases for players to find at some point. ( Hint: They will probably go into dungeons. ) Spell PVP is also now re-enabled.
NPCs : - due to various abuses I revised all the permissions on NPCs - unlimited should be off as an option, as is teleporting npcs. You can still move them however. All planets effected.
I think a few other little tweaky options have been set also. But nothing significant.

Amazing, couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for making these changes, should make managing players easier for me, and also shows them that we as staff are well integrated and respond quickly to abuse.
Sorry for taking your time, good work. Talk soon.
