ummm yes I am a wittiness.
I remember jacko he was MOST of the time a good player we had a few PvP fights and I saw him get banned and what he did.

I think he should be unbanned But should be kept on a close watch.

I don't know him so I can't really judge. But finding out whoever banned him and why is the best thing to know atm. Only then can we really decide if it was a valid reason or not. Thanks for speaking up though bty!

This is all I can find. A conversation that probably should have been in a private chatroom.. ends in the ban. Given it appears to be a ban for language, with a touch of anti-neon and personal reasons sprinkled on top, i cant really see any reason why this ban is still in place. It should have been a 5 minute mute to begin with not a ban.

Well with things like this happening. I would suggest if possible to completely disable /ban for anyone below manager. Although I would also suggest enabling /temp ban for all staff. This would auto solve most problems like this if the ban is only for a day or w/e.

If you wanna suggest a permission node that does that, I'll give it a try.

Btw latest bukkit also includes reason and duration in the bans file now. So if nothing else, put in a reason when you /ban so we know what we are looking for.
