Please tag your threads with: [REASON FOR PUNISHMENT] [TYPE OF PUNISHMENT] Username [LENGTH OF PUNISHMENT]If user claims not guilty, mush post screenshot of reason. If Staff want to dispute punishment, post in relevant thread, don't just reverse punishments set by other staff. If there is a dispute between staff members, the final decision will be referred to a staff member with a higher rank. Possible reasons for punishment:- Swearing
- Prolonged disrespectful behavior
- Using hacks/SMP mods that give you an unfair advantage
- Annoying behavior such as repeated non-roleplay killing
- Stealing
- Griefing
- Anything that breaks the rules
Possible types of punishment:- Fines (take a certain amount of money from a player)
- Mute
- Kick
- Jail
- Demote
- Ban **This is ONLY to be used on griefers after SEVERAL warnings, kicks, jailings and demotions. Not to be used for personal "beefs".

Also if it is disputed between relevent staff then it should be elevated to a higher level. AKA letting someone of a higher staff rank make the final decision.

To be honest I don't think staff that are not involved in the case should even dispute at all. I think ^ and * can take a decision and ** or above can change it. Why would another staff want to dispute...

Ok let me rephrase. If two staff members for some completely unknown reason cannot reach a mutual decision then it should be escalated up the chain of staff.

1) This kind of protocol should have been set up by the owner years ago.
2) If it weren't for the "childish staff bickering" this section/thread would have never been set up.

Origionally there was phoenix, hedt, drew and charazard. However drew and charazard went on to make there own server. Due to there being minimal problems etc there was no need to impliment new staff members. However due to the server becoming more popular, more staff have been needed. Unfortunatly due to not all staff knowing each other IRL, problems have risen to a point where everyone has different opinions. This was never set up before simply because there was no extra staff a year ago and now that there is, all staff should be unbiased and should be able to agree on most simple things. |

That is pretty true to be fair. But he did have months to do it. The current amount of staff has been here for like 4+ months. |
