Ok, Thanks for everyone's patience.
The main generation is done, but we have some integrity issues moving servers, so I have disabled several less used plugins, and the other planets are offline at the moment while I attempt to resolve our integrity issues a world at a time.
I am also considering a reset of all the Tardis's as so much has been added to that plugin our old tardis's are buggy or outright broken. I will likely do this on a case by case basis (i can reset one at a time a needed) However they have not been touched yet. Suggest you move any equipment out to the main world somewhere before i do that.
I have linked the main world back to the router again, so if you set your launcher to 1.6.4 you can play on the main world between my taking it offline and back online again. Be warned tho - at this point in time it appears that Mojang have a login server issue with 1.6.4 servers.
Here is my todo list - Check and load each world until the integrity issue is resolved. Bring our main plugins back up - checking our memory overhead as I do so. We seem to have a memory leak somewhere related to maps. (and not surprisingly related to the main world, something odd has happened to Acadar and a few fringe worlds.) Update (if any) plugins to their latest 1.6.4 version. Check all settings and errors are correct etc.
Wait for all critical plugins etc to be updated to 1.7. Start all over again updating all the plugins LOL.

Ok Generation is 100% DONE, plugins have been updated or discarded entirely, map integrity PASSED
not much else to do now but wait for the update.. and repair the stuff that burnt down during generation oops

apparently the server crashed with someone having &d in their nick
logs are showing lots of out of memory errors in PermSpace
might have to add -XX:PermSize=256m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m to the startup

If you roll back further up, there was a /nick command followed by a /reload, reload blew our memory pretty bad - doubt a nick would have hurt anything but my sanity when reading logs.

If you wanna try some alternate memory options Zstop then edit the server.config file in the Zdarkfortress folder

Server crashed for an unknown reason before dinner time today. Also the nether generator has changed for the third time in a couple of months again. Also I haven't seen anymore of those holes. I also repaired the ship with the whole in it to original state including the original craft-book red-stone circuitry. The circuitry probably hasn't been run in years but its running now! I would schematic the ship so we have a copy of it if it gets damaged again. I also did the TaFe orientation today for my second qualification.

We now have no choice but to delete my Walls Map as it crashed the server again as soon as I logged in. There is no craft-book circuits there, so I do not know whats doing it. Very suspicious but we got to delete that walls map now.

Crashed again - appears to be a structure gen error, i also noticed somehow the server went from the release version to CB dev 2.1 so i took it back to the release version.. there is a lot of weird structure code in v7 apparently we need to run some converter thing to preserve existing structrures too.. or skull heads wont spawn in nether forts or some such nonsense.
Not sure what is up with the nether - every now and again it turns into a shadow world of the main world seed ( which puts spawn in the middle of a water filled massive crater - no nether in sight)
I have also re-enabled craftbook and disabled world border - as the only related bug report i found points to that plugin.
Frustrating. Doesnt happen on the obsolete and plugin nerfed backup server of the world.. annoying ++

.. also odd it always happens just as or shortly after TangentSpy logs in.
It was doing something similar to me before i rearranged some plugins and deleted my player.dat after the world generation.
Def something funny about the current 164 release.

I went to login into the server tonight around 10:30 PM tonight and found that the server was offline. Are you doing something nathan or is the server crashed yet again? if the server crashed again, is it still the structure exception error or is it yet another different error.

Can tell because it goes up to the logging in and then gives me an EoS error.
